BITE: Sprouted Lentil Cauliflower Burgers


Sprouted Lentil Cauliflower Burgers

2 cups sprouted lentils (how to sprout lentils)

2-3 cauliflower florets
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup coconut oil or butter/ghee if you're not vegan :) (I used CO)
sprinkle smoked paprika, himalayan salt, and black pepper

feel free to add your favorite spices! 

Put everything in a blender or food processor, until gets a mushy consistency. Some lentils can stay whole, thats fine.
Form in to patties, whatever size you'd like.
Warm some coconut oil on a skillet, medium heat
Fry until golden brown.
And eat!

You can serve this on a bun or lettuce wrap. Add your favorite toppings - Vegan mayo, slice of avocado, slice of tomato, anything goes.
